Normally, you will do not need to pay extra fees for RedDot online shopping. If there are extra fess to be needed, such as extra fees for some remote areas. you’d be notified of any additional charges necessary to delivery your order. While when you place the order, kindly please provide your details address, telephone number and consignee for shipment.
Order processing and tracking
Immediately after placing an order with RedDot, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Normally most in-stock items are shipped within 24 working hours of the order payment completed with the exception of stock-out items. If the order happened on weekends or public holiday, the delivery date will be delayed accordingly. It usually take by DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT. The tracking number for the order will be sent to the email address in 48 working hours after the Order Processing. So you can check the updated status and receive the package in time.
If Shipping damage on arrival before signing the package, you need to confirm if the light arrived in good condition, if the light is damaged during transit, you will need to help us by making a claim to the forwarder. If the damaged light not working completely, we will arrange a newly one for you. If this is just a small issues, you can sign it, and we will give some refund or a little discount for the next order. Or once we have any sponsor activities, you will be given priority. Or we will extend the full warranty period from 3 months for FREE!

Warranty does not cover the follow damage(s): product been modified, improper installation or use, improper clean, electrical surges, or nature caused damage.
Warranty does not cover the loss of third party with direct or indirect damage(s).
